All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Underfloor heating ensures warm ‘happy feet’ during winter, and the pool is heated in the off-season. Santa Gertrudis, with just a few 100 inhabitants, is a typical Ibiza village with white facades, churches and very popular for its great restaurants, art galleries, quaint boutiques and local bars. This property is close to the best restaurants: Ama Lur, El Ayoun, Bambuddha Grove. The best clubs (Pacha, Hi, Amnesia) and trendy beaches (Blue Marlin, Salinas, Ushuaia) are 10 minutes away.

Easter, will serve as the kick-off of this year’s summer season. High season on White Island ends in mid-October. During high season, we rent by the full week or full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. To ensure that all our guests enter a fresh finca, we have set the check-in time at 3pm and the check-out time at 11am. Outside the high season – mid-October to Easter – we can be flexible with these times to suit airline schedules. Long-term rentals are possible on request. But for long-term availability, you need to act quite quickly. Your booking is guaranteed once we receive 50% of your total payment and the rest of 50% is due 30 days before the stay. We do not have a pet policy during high season, but for your small ‘four-legged friends’ (and long-term rentals) we can be flexible on request. A deposit of €2,500 is requested and refunded within 5 days of check-out. Our rates include mid-week cleaning, change of towels, final cleaning and laundry after check-out.
